Good for a LIGHT workout. I tried it, 15 minutes pedaling while reading. I could tell I worked, because the cranks on the exerciser warmed up a bit (I didn’t). It was nice to be able to just keep my legs moving. Doesn’t work at my computer, it takes a lot of space for the exerciser and legs, not normally found under a computer table.
But I didn’t get it for me, got it for my elderly father.
He can pedal with his arms for 15 minutes without a problem and it does seem to be helping him both mentally and physically.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work with his legs. I think he just doesn’t have enough flexibility, he doesn’t bend his legs much when he walks. Not much flexibility is required since the cranks are short, so it’s not the exerciser’s fault. He ends up pushing on both legs simultaneously and all that pressure seems to hurt his knees. I talked to the physical therapist at the home to see if she could help, she couldn’t, said it’s better for elderly people to stay in bed.

My wife and I were very pleased with our chrome cycle. Easy to pedal and relaxing to use. We normally sit in a comfortable chair and pedal for up to 30 minutes. As seniors, we don’t go to fast but it does keep our joints in better condition. Since we don’t really speed the unit does not move. It was an inexpensive purchase and easy to put away after using. A lot better than purchasing an expensive exercise bike.

I’m disabled and have a hard time getting to the gym. I also live in a cold climate and cannot get outside often. I can use this anywhere in my home. It is great for both the arms and legs. Great product for the price

My wife has bad knees and on her last visit to the doc he said if she didn’t take a certain supplement and use an exercise bike 20 mins a day that she will be in a wheelchair in ’bout 10 years. She didn’t want a whole bike becasue it’s too hard on her back, so when she found this, she knew it was just perfect. She can do her exercises while sitting on the couch. It has no tension either and that’s also a good thing for her. She just needs to move her knees not put tention on them. She is very happy with this product.

Cià ² not worthy è così the money. I have bought after that our leader of the square to the observatories of the weight has suggested to all the test to them it while watched the TV. It was a difficult training, to mala pain has made some thing. The tensionamento puà ² to only be tight little and not us è the resistance. I would have to spend a little pià ¹ and to obtain a better model. They are concluded to me on the sale of this to a sale of iarda two weeks pià ¹ successively for $4. Steps over this detail.
