    I have many of the observed tapes of sweat and in ahead to moving other. This was only along of mezz' now and it has had only two expert songs. They are used to see all the titles them of song on the covering helps that it to decide. From the positive side, the practice procedures were good. My edition is maintains it to the songs to go and there was nothing on this tape to maintain my interest

    Being a fan of the Richard Simmons for the 20 slid years, little I was been strange that this video was only 30 minuteren. L' training has not made nothing for my advanced body and there were many points that will demand time to learn. Accustomed the è procedure, so as to if you are new to Richard, you will have some problems to continue. Of all my video, this è my less favorite one. NEVERTHELESS, Richard renders it the smile and l' not painful and funny è practice. Its first are the best, however!

    If you’re not really able to follow movements without much guidance and prompting then this video is not for you! Richard moves through the moves quickly without much instruction or prompting. The great thing about this video is you DO sweat a lot and feel like you get a good cardio workout. It takes several times through to really get the moves down. The music keeps you going. I would recommend this video if you are able to pick up moves qickly. . . and really want to sweat!
