		<description>If you&#039;re not really able to follow movements without much guidance and prompting then this video is not for you!  Richard moves through the moves quickly without much instruction or prompting.   The great thing about this video is you DO sweat a lot and feel like you get a good cardio workout.   It takes several times through to really get the moves down.   The music keeps you going.   I would recommend this video if you are able to pick up moves qickly. . .  and really want to sweat!</description>

L&#039; training has not made nothing for my advanced body and there were many points that will demand time to learn. NEVERTHELESS, Richard renders it the smile and l&#039; not painful and funny è practice.   Its first are the best, however!</description>
