This pole is good for just starting to see if you are into the whole pole dancing thing w/o having to put out $300 for something you might only use once. the only thing that I absolutely hate is the height adjuster on the bottom of the pole scratches you when sliding down. Other than that it is ok. I can climb all the way to the top, do inverts, and spins on it w/o being afraid of it falling down. Since I’ve had it I’ve never bolted it into the ceiling and its still stable.

I took pole dancing class, and I want my own pole, after I got this one, I don’t really like the way it works, like other buyers said, this pole moves a lot when you spin on the pole, very bad quality, I guess it’s called you get what you paid for, I highly recomand you buy a better one, maybe more expensive, but it worth it, this one is bad bad bad.

I was so exited when i order the pole aerobics fitness dancing, so when it arrives i screwed to my garage ceiling , and i start to make the moves but the bad thing about the pole it is still moving, so i need check out every time when i move around the pole, so i really sad about my bought. .

I have received this pole a little during a week makes and at last I have obtained to try it outside the past week. It has taken a tip of job to reunion (but to that it was mainly my defect). Initially, the couldn& #039; the t the inferior part of the pole in the part enters lowland, but after that a job tip, it at last has cracked within. I have begun to try it outside a tip and was much divertimento!
Then, I have tried my first spin on the pole. Selo occupies, I& #039; the m. a principiante, so as to this was never my first spin. Ã ? seemed enough sturdy I have made when it of right hand. However, I& #039; the m. ambidextrous, so as to I have intentional to see if he thought better with my left hand. I have oscillated in the spin and in the twisted pole, I have put the part in advanced short circuit and have fallen over (since the didn& #039; the t it wants to hardly put the holes in my ceiling however).
Così, this pole seems very well for all the but left spins! If you& #039; king to go to make them, highly I suggest to screw it in your ceiling!
