Today I will discuss with you a Candida protocol to eliminate a chronic overgrowth which causes various symptoms such as allergies, gas, bloating, IBS and digestive disorders, joint pain, chronic infections and much more. I’ll discuss the 3 steps that absolutely must be taken in order to rid yourself of this chronic and difficult condition for life.
Protocol to Reduce Candida Overgrowth
#1 – Diet: The diet is absolutely critical and without it success in eliminating Candida is virtually impossible as the full and complete removal of all sugars and most carbohydrates from the diet is essential. Ideally a diet high in non-starchy vegetables with the only grains used being quinoa, millet, amaranth and buckwheat. Minimal to moderate amounts of organic meat is acceptable, however many people have found they achieve more rapid success when going entirely green and even more so when eating a completely raw diet, although this step generally takes time to move into doing rather than jumping in.
#2 – Anti-Fungals/Supplements: Garlic, GSE, Oregano, Olive etc. The list goes on and on. These herbs and natural anti-fungals will reduce your current overgrowth, however they will not and this needs to be understood, they will not eliminate your Candida for good. The purpose of them is to reduce the current overgrowth while you focus on the factors that allowed the Candida to overgrow in the first place such as a drugs, a poor diet or other toxic factors.
#3 – Root Causes Addressed: Parasites, Heavy Metals, severe undiagnosed allergies that do not occur immediately are all factors that can reduce immune function and in of themselves cause severe health issues, with the addition of Candida it only gets worse. Once these factors are properly addressed by using the proper techniques then relief from Candida can be achieved. The key to a Candida protocol is only part focus on the overgrowth and main focus on the other factors involved.
