I am too lazy to change my diet, so I'd like to know if there are any specific antifungals/probiotic supplements that work pretty well to destroy an intestinal yeast infection…?

If you managed to cure a Candida/yeast infection, what products or drugs did you take? How well did they work?

I REALLY need help on this as I am faced with a serious health problem that may or may not be Candida overgrowth, but without medical insurance, I can't get extensive testing done to figure out what condition I really have. However from my own research, it seems likely that Candida is a major component of my longterm illness, if not the whole thing.

Can you treat Candida effectively with supplements/drugs, without making significant dietary changes?

I'm getting all sorts of symptoms now that keep increasing, something like IBS (I feel things moving in my digestive system, and constipation is severe) and blurry vision/eye pain/bloodshot eyes, water retention, fatigue.. I need some help!

Yeast infections come with various signals and symptoms. Often it can be hard to say whether you have one or not. You have to be on the watch out for the usual signals, whenever you think that you might suffer from an infection, it is best that you arrange for a medical exam with your doctor.

A medical examination with a professional is the best way to be certain whether you do have a yeast infection or not. Your doctor will examine you for signals and will prescribe medication if necessary.

If you are sure you have some of the those signals, you could self-diagnose and buy some “over-the-counter” medication. Especially when you have had a yeast infection before and you are informed with the signals. A risk with self-diagnose is that, without the professional medical guidance, you might misdiagnose yourself. Taking medication for a disease you do not have isn’t a good idea.

Symptoms and signs of a yeast infection are severe itching of the affected area, a tingling and burning sensation, irritation when urinating and during sexual intercourse, and even swelling of the area. You might also feel some abdominal pain and perhaps a discharge.

For many people, the biggest problem is the displeasing itch that often accompanies the infection. But to get rid of the itch, there are some easy home remedies you may use: for example, treating the affected area with yogurt. As an alternative, you can use aloe vera gel or juice.

Recurring yeast infections can be a sign of more severe problems, like a weak immune system. Whenever you have recurring yeast infection signs or symptoms, you must make an appointment with a professional. Although over 72% of women will suffer from it in her life, it is not as common to experience recurring infections.

Today I will discuss with you a Candida protocol to eliminate a chronic overgrowth which causes various symptoms such as allergies, gas, bloating, IBS and digestive disorders, joint pain, chronic infections and much more. I’ll discuss the 3 steps that absolutely must be taken in order to rid yourself of this chronic and difficult condition for life.

Protocol to Reduce Candida Overgrowth

#1 – Diet: The diet is absolutely critical and without it success in eliminating Candida is virtually impossible as the full and complete removal of all sugars and most carbohydrates from the diet is essential. Ideally a diet high in non-starchy vegetables with the only grains used being quinoa, millet, amaranth and buckwheat. Minimal to moderate amounts of organic meat is acceptable, however many people have found they achieve more rapid success when going entirely green and even more so when eating a completely raw diet, although this step generally takes time to move into doing rather than jumping in.

#2 – Anti-Fungals/Supplements: Garlic, GSE, Oregano, Olive etc. The list goes on and on. These herbs and natural anti-fungals will reduce your current overgrowth, however they will not and this needs to be understood, they will not eliminate your Candida for good. The purpose of them is to reduce the current overgrowth while you focus on the factors that allowed the Candida to overgrow in the first place such as a drugs, a poor diet or other toxic factors.

#3 – Root Causes Addressed: Parasites, Heavy Metals, severe undiagnosed allergies that do not occur immediately are all factors that can reduce immune function and in of themselves cause severe health issues, with the addition of Candida it only gets worse. Once these factors are properly addressed by using the proper techniques then relief from Candida can be achieved. The key to a Candida protocol is only part focus on the overgrowth and main focus on the other factors involved.

Yeast infection is the outcome of the micro organisms that breed on human body. When the number of these bacteria increases it causes yeast infection. Candida is a tiny organism which is harmless. The overgrowth of candida parasites results in yeast infection. Candida when left unchecked will result in it being there on your body forever. To make sure if you are affected with candida or yeast infection before even consulting the doctor, read on to know the signs.

Here are the 4 signs or ways to know if you are suffering from candida or yeast infection.

Presence of candida will result in vaginal pain during intercourse. You may observe a swelling of your vagina that may cause severe pain and irritation. If you experience pain and irritation when passing urine, you are probably having candida.

These days’ manufacturers have come up with special kits that can help you detect if its candida or yeast infection. If the test is positive you need to take care of the problem.

Whenever you experience pain, irritation, discharge or a foul smell, it is best to consult with the doctor. Yeast infection is not very harmful, but if timely care is not taken it can lead to serious complications.

Take precautions to avoid such infections and lead carefree life.
