This product probably does an adequate job at protecting your metatarsal, but you really need a larger shoe for it to work. The added bulk of the pad itself and then the toe loop probably requires you go up half a size or more. I was unable to use it because I wanted it for my dress pumps. Couldn’t even get my foot inside the shoe.

I have bought these in order to contribute to resolve what I have car diagnosed like Morton& #039; neuroma of s. Intorpidire, burning, thinking between the third and fourth tips while making practice or walking on foot knots.
Positive: When i& #039; the m. that it walks normally around, these seems to not on foot help knots in ice-skates, but or pistons/sandals. They move around m? ? lto and less than your socks they are many supporters, will not remain on the place.
Negation: I have a great foot. I& #039; the mens of format 12 of m. and the movement to walk ago the relief to move around gives behind the metatarsei, on the sphere of my foot. Poiché my è foot on the large one, ALL the movement of enters it to the relief in a wrong position. Task that this relief can better work pi? ? for someone with pi? ? the little ones feet.
PRACTICE: I have bought these for the race and the guide of my bici. They have not been useful in order not even. They move around m? ? lto during the all l' attività pi? ? of to under the walk of the sweat and they are legacies in on under my tips or make to slide to the sphere of my foot in which not ago nothing for Morton& #039; the neuroma of s and it thinks hardly like legacy on the sock. I could render it effective if you arrested every mile of 1/2 in order to record it.
They are made of rubber and if sudate at all on your feet, moves around everywhere to the place and it is transformed in an annoyance.
If you are buying this for the athletic scopes, I would buy something that remained pi? ? better on the place a little one.
As soon as for around the house/office, he would have to be right

I bought these intending to wear them with my boots (which are about 3 inches and painful for the ball of my feet). They took away the pain at the ball of my foot but the pad slides upward while walking(which I do for pretty much 4 hours straight at work). Which makes it painful for the toe I wear it around. I even wear socks with them and that doesn’t help either. It makes the toe very stiff later. I wouldn’t recommend them for people who just want to wear heels comfortably.

Cons: We purchased the Metatarsal Pad in order to reduce the pain of Morton’s Neuroma. This type of pad was suggested to us by a physician. Both of us tried the pads several times while walking and determined that they were uncomfortable around the toe (which is stiffened a bit) and on the neuroma. It didn’t mitigate the neuroma pain, in fact it made the area uncomfortable. They were expensive compared to drug store footpads, some of which have a pad at the ball of the foot.
Pros: The toe hold did secure the pads in place and because of that you could use the pads in different shoes. They weren’t a problem under our socks. You don’t have to stick a pad to the bottom of each shoe. The gel had a nice feel.

Pads tore about inch and half toward the inner concentric rings. I overlapped duct tape on the outside about 1/4 inch and continue to use them. . . . . though not as often. I average 40 to 50 running miles week. They do seem to help the tingling and numbness in my left foot (Morton’s neuroma????).
