Use orthotics after the breach of my heel and these sottopiedi are perfect. They are hard to find so as to I buy several connections to one. They are to align to graduate.

I’ve used these for years. They are very comfortable, stay put and will not move around in your shoes over time like some of the gel Insoles I’ve tried.

They are using these inserti from 1980. Quell' year I have made to work before my maratona with Spenco& #039; s in my running ice-skates. Rifinito in 4 hours and 30 minuteren without the bubbles. My feet have thought more best of the rest of me. My needs of the wife now help while it walks on a concrete pavement on the job. These helped outside and now do not have pain of the foot after job.
