I have taken the dosage suggested and I have had abundance dell' water every day but the headaches have continu to aare to obtain defective. I& #039; m. I& #039 sure; the VE has lost the due weight not to be able to *keep all the down* dell' food but I& #039; the m. sure this is not enough like people wants jump-start their diets. The rest of these is going to right in the refusals. I hope anyone since these see this and think two times. As another reviewer said already, this went straight in the trash.
