It’s a bit early to know for sure, but I do thin k this product has helped me maintain my weight while consuming “normal” American foods. I have not lost weight, but then there are no side effects, and I have not gained weight while consuming this product. I suppose if I exercised and ate healthier, the weight will soon come off, but I’m not trying to lose wight- my BMI is 19. 7- I’m only trying to maintain it. Great product!

I gained 10lbs after moved to US. Therefore I bought this product and triedl. I finished one bottle today and I lost 4 lbs without doing much exercise. I think if I put some effort to do exercise, it will help more and my target is another 10 lbs.

The don& #039; cure of t that reviews only say – that I& #039; the VE with experience. I love this supplement. YOU MUST plan 30 minuteren in front of your meal, but it works on the contrary large. I have used this product before, and have always had results.
when ever I gain back a few pounds I just use my block and bind
and that them back off. I use block and bind because it has no stimulants
so I never get jittery, or worry about having my coffee or diet coke
and become over stimulated.

I am a nutritional biochemist. There are many starch blockers and fat absorbers on the market. This is the only combo product that combines to 2 top leading, clinically tested supplemnts for BOTH of these benefits -Phase 2 and LipoSan.
