The first three days I felt slight heart beats but more importantly I got sweaty palms (REALLY sweating so much that wherever I touched was “steamed” by my palms).
It did not wake me up.
I did not lose any weight.
BUT I did not workout. So I guess it is upto how much effort you put in for exercise.

like most weight loss product these were a wate of money. on the plus side they did a fair job a suppressing my appitite but I did not lose even an ounce. No side effects either no head aches or shakes.

There was no padding for the bottle, so some of the pills busted in the bottle. . . Especially because the product was shipped during extreme cold temperatures. Otherwise, it was shipped incredibly fast.

Really couldn& #039; the t it says the ya if it worked or not. I think good and I& #039; m. that it unties weight but I& slowly; #039; m. sure I cannot credit it to this product. I& #039; the VE has made many changes that they would have benefitted my health they would have helped and it to fall the weight. The spiacente couldn& #039; t the useful è pià ¹ with my review. One brace of caps has burst in my box it of the pill, however. That one was enough gross. :)
