    Sensa is actually providing a FREE 30-day trial on their website. People who are selling the starter kit most likely got their kit for free and trying to make a profit. I think it’s a little unfair, thus, my “review”.

    This product is awesome. It helped me drop a little over 20 pounds. It wouldn’t have happened if I didn’t have Sensa. It’s easy to use, compact and can work no matter what you do. I could still eat out at lunch with my coworkers! I never felt like it was difficult or that I was missing out and had to sacrifice. If you are trying to lose weight then make sure Sensa is a part of it. You won’t regret it!

    Sensa worked for me for 2 weeks which i believe was all in my head, mind over matter. I wanted it to work, i wrote down everything i was eating, but lets face it there is no magic pill or powder that can help us loose weight. We have to exercise and eat healthy and that is the answer and to be consistent. We have to give up on a easy way to loose weight just a healthy way.

    I have been on Sensa for 7 months now and have had great success with it. Sensa helps create a sense of fullness that helps you reduce the amount of food you want to eat. If you stop eating when you begin to feel full, you will slowly train yourself what a “normal” portion is. Sensa also has taken away all of my carb/sweet cravings. It took about three days for me to see a difference in that. I noticed that one night I didn’t want my usual box or bag of candy. I used to be a grazer – I ate my way through a day – most of it candy and/or sweets. I was eating about 10,000 calories a day – about half of it in candy. My cravings are under control, I’ve lost 10 pounds and 25 inches, I have lost 4 dress sizes. I eat great, healthy food, not because I have to, but because I want to. Additionally, my blood sugars have stabilized and my cholesterol is under control for the first time in a long time. Sensa has helped me achieve goals in my weight loss and health that no other product has. I am now incorporating a lot of activity into my life. Sensa works – but it is NOT a quick weight loss program, however, if you follow the plan, it will work for you. And two of the best parts of using Sensa (other than the weight loss and health benefits gained from losing weight) Sensa has a fabulous and awesome online support community and the Sensa is one of the most caring, customer oriented companies I have ever dealt with!!!

    I have been using Sensa for 6 weeks now and have lost 15 1/2 pounds. I know it sounds like this is a gimic, I thought so too but it really works. By the second night I noticed that I didn’t reach for the bag of chips that I used to eat while watching TV. Cravings are gone and I eat 1/2 of what I was eating. Sensa has made it possible for me to listen to my body by knowing when I am full. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone – hey we have all tried everything else – what do you have to loose but the weight?
