This beverage blew me away, with how delicious tasting, and effective it was for an over-all energy boost and body cleanse. I dropped 9 LBs in 4 days, and 3 weeks later I have not gained it back. I feel the best I have felt in so long, my hair, nails, skin feel alive again, and i sleep better at night. I now drink 1 bottle for breakfast every morning to jump start my day, and eat what I want, without falling back into bad eating habits. I seriously cant go a day without drinking this stuff. I was on a & quot; Nationally& quot; the known program and I of diet were many resolutions and lost beyond 30 pounds. L' last 10 pounds that have had to lose era much difficult one till that you did not try Simplifast. Taste of the product great, product used for the three days and lost 5 pounds! Successively of two weeks I have used the product for the three new days and have lost an other 5 pounds! After using Simplifast I have had more great thought energy and. Systems of Simplifast!

I have digiunato in the past but always I have thought or too much weak person in order to continue or too much hungry. But not with this product! It& #039; astonishment of s! From the first sorsata saporita excellent one, I have known that it was going to work for me. I have lost 6 pounds in 3 days and I have not never thought weak person or in ruin. as soon as opposite! I have thought the & amp clearly; happy! To align works and I& #039; m. così happy I have found that it. I& #039; m. that it goes to repeat it next week and can& #039; attended of t for falling an other 6 pounds or pi? ?! I have been eating the wrong foods & far too much for a few years. I wanted to get a fresh start and get down to my ideal weight.
I have done one 3-day fast (lost 12 Lbs. ) thus far, and it was amazing. No weakness like you would expect from a regular fast. My energy level stayed high the whole time. As far as food cravings, the Simplifast really helps stop them and after the first day, they were gone! I am getting ready to do another fast in a week and I expect to lose another 12-15 Lbs. After the first 3-Day fast, I kept eating healthy and now I find I have no desire for fast food or any junk-food. I have always loved vegatables so that helps, and now I don’t want anything that isn’t healthy. And the best part is, I am eating smaller portions because I feel “full” faster now.
I am also exercising again which feels much better with less weight! It’s a very tasty drink. I want some now just thinking about it!
You sip it — don’t guzzle it! It has nutrients like potassium & electrolytes so you stay healthy during your fast. Try it, & do it right, and you will be very happy with the results!

I lost over 50lbs on a weight loss program provided by my doctor, however the last 15lbs no matter what I tried would not come off. I tried Simplifast and after the first 3 days I lost 8lbs. A few weeks later I used Simplifast again and lost another 4lbs. It has 5 months and I have kept the weight off by using the product as maintance. Alot of products advertise the same thing however this one tastes great, gives you energy and works. I would higly recommend this product.
