maybe this is lame but my favorites herb are anything I can cook with. I can’t specifically pick out one, too many good ones =)
This was very interesting, thank you. I was wondering do you know of any recipes or anything that helps with the pain relief of ruptured disks in your spine? I found out recently that i ruptured too of my disks and taking all the medicines kinda goes against my beliefs but the pain is extreme. I don’t have a yoga thing though =(

my favorite herb is cilantro is so good on anything. i love having just raw avacado with some lime juice and fresh cilantro. yumm

Favorite herb? lol idk thats a hard one for me. maybe it’s black pepper or clove (orac value of clove). Rosemary is nice and so is thyme.
